My Pot Boileth Over

Friday night's boil fest made Saturday night's dinner.  Saturday night's leftovers made Sunday afternoon's brunch.



Little potatoes cubed and tossed with salsa verde, sliced tomato and avocado with plenty of sea salt, bread, and another of those yummy eggs.  Perfect sustenance for a Sunday afternoon of jewelry making in our little work nook.  Thinking about showing you that nook soon...

I just bought one of those 3-tier wire hanging fruit baskets (that's a lot of words to describe an item) and one of the tiers is filled with avocados! It makes me sooooooo happy.

I also have one jar of salsa verde left from the batch I made with the end of last year's tomatoes, sounds good with potatoes.

And think a little harder about showing that nook soon...
