Dear Suzy

Had to catch up on all your blogs since I am just back in the office today (1/2/09)! We do need to get that computer at home!

As usual everything you have posted looks lovely and Maryanne and Jennifer were both thrilled with their bags - they were gorgeous. Nicholas and Martin covered themselves with their blankets right away and are on their beds now. Mari's bulletin board was hung in her bedroom and of course the colors are perfect.

You could also sell the notecards that you sent to me if you want to branch out and the earrings of course you know I will enjoy wearing. We certainly missed you and Barry but it sounded like you had a peaceful, enjoyable Christmas and I know that Judy and Mike will enjoy your visit.

Sending you all good wishes for the New Year and asking for God's choicest blessings on you both. Love, Mom

You know, while it might not be the only reason we're so sweet - but you are pretty sweet yourself. It has been my great pleasure getting to know you through your blog and meeting you. Here's to more of that in 2009!

I was just looking at recipes for that last night, funny. By the way, my bf randomly selected three pairs earrings for from you for my birthday! Funny coincidence.

Happy New Year to you too! Those candied orange peels are the new "viaral" candy recipe, aren't they? I've been seeing them everywhere and simply craving them something fierce. Hmmm, perhaps there's a use for the bag of tangerines in my fridge.

P.S. I checked out your blog with my mom (she was impressed!) That post about the man on the bus and the gloves, so heartwarming. Glad you posted that. THAT is the holiday spirit and goodwill of men.
