It Was Loveryboy Who Said...

Everybody's Working for the Weekend. And they were so right. Today, I'm working on getting together a display for sulu-design earrings in anticipation of tomorrow's Alberta Street Fair. I'll be selling earrings outside of Tumbleweed. I would love it if Portland blogger friends stopped by to say hello.

And Barry's getting prepared for a big race weekend - a bike race tomorrow afternoon and a trail half marathon on Sunday. I'm manning one of the water stations on Sunday, which means I get a race shirt without running the race - cool! Good luck to my blog friend Ursa, who's also running a a half marathon this weekend. Enjoy your weekend, whatever you're up to.

You are so sweet for mentioning me. I'll be thinking of you every time I'll run by water station.:) Wear some gloves as standing on the mountain trail might get cold. I'll report and let you know on Sunday how the race went.
Good luck with selling earrings. Brace yourself as I know they will be grabbed right away and you might have to go home early.

Oh, I loved that song. And I can't wait to hear how the fair goes. In my humble opinion, I think you'll do great! I hope Barry does well in both races.

Oh man - if I didn't have to work tomorrow I'd come down to PDX just for the Alberta fair. That's such a charming part of town! Somehow I missed Tumbleweed last time I was there. Maybe because I spent too much time in Close Knit and Bolt? Looks like a great shop - probably for the best (well at least for my pocketbook) that I missed it. Next time...

Good luck - sell! sell! sell like the wind!

I like the way you display your earrings and the pair in the picture are lovely. I like the stacked effect. Have you done many craft fairs?

Have a great time this weekend! Good luck to Barry, and you of course -- manning the water station is probably just as physical, if not more so than running...I mean, have you SEEN Waterboy?

I already know you'll have a fantastic time at the street fair and meeting new friends!
