i love NY sidewalks.

it is an interesting detail, but different cities do have different pavement. the cement is divided into different squares, or different gravel mixes, or there are grassy edges..

NYC sidewalks and curbs have a very special look. humble things, usually unnoticed, unless uneven and you trip.

and not always cement. some neighborhoods have character shaped by the pavement..
or the kind of curbs, or tarmac, or sewer plates. little details.. you'd hardly notice them..

Can I please come there???? It was 94 degrees here today! Trust me, you will long for the cool weather in summer! I thought I was ready. Not so!!!! It is hideous. My arms are not ready. they are all skim milkish. I need some color! Cala, as my b-friends little long gone granny would say... "Sal, he's got good cala" Love the earrings... they immediately made me think of a song such as "and I raa-aa-an, I ran so far aw-ay-ay -ay, I couldn't get away" 80's for some reason. And I love the eighties. to pieces. still. XXO, Vanessa
ps: Thank you for all your kind words and support. It really means alot!!!

Those are uber cool. The second photo didn't load immediately--which was fun. I got to look at your original photo and think, "Hmm... wonder what the earring will look like". I was NOWHERE close in my imagining... but it was fun to try. LOVE your results.
